Since graduating from Vanderbilt University, where she was the Vanderbilt Hustler’s Deputy Life Editor and resident “Bachelor” recapper, she has channeled her passion for shopping into her career as a commerce journalist. Prior to joining the Dotdash Meredith team, she was a freelance writer for multiple home and entertainment outlets.

As a writer, I adore anything to do with words, both on and off the clock. That’s why I love my New York Times Games subscription, which grants me access to the daily mini and full-sized crosswords, Spelling Bee, and Wordle, in addition to an entire archive of old crosswords dating back to November 1993. My favorite part? I added my friends to my Leaderboard, which lets me compete against their Mini scores each day … it gets heated. Phoebe holds a B.A. in Sociology from Vanderbilt University. She also minored in Communication Studies and American Politics.
