Highlights

When it comes to fitness, I believe in meeting yourself where you are on any given day. When I'm struggling with seasonal depression or anxiety, I know that a walk, hike, or yoga might be better for me. On days that I feel good mentally, I can handle a long run or challenging HIIT workout. It's all about being gentle with yourself and doing what you can to better your mind and physical health.
